Space saving solution thanks to the cut-out reduction

Thanks to a new lateral cylinder with a reduced stroke, combined with a dedicated tip solution, the overall thickness of the hot runner system (including cylinders, manifolds and levers) in stack mold applications has been reduced. We have reached a thickness of 132 mm in the case of offset nozzles and 212 mm in the case of in line nozzles.

Available for PP, the Technology is mainly used for big automotive parts, such as bumpers, and non-automotive applications, such as bins or pallets. Available for G Series.
