Oerlikon HRSflow Angled Solution is the hot runner technology specifically designed for the market of rear lamps, usually characterized by injection drops located directly on the optical surface.
As the injection point is visible on the aesthetic surface of the lamp, the hot runner manifolds are designed to guarantee a nozzle inclination as close as possible to perpendicular to the molded part. An accurate control of the hot runner expansion, temperature and melt flow are needed during the whole injection process to avoid any defect on the injection gate.
