EYEgate HRS technology is an advanced valve gate solution designed for the MULTIflow HRS® multi-cavity system, delivering optimal gate quality and extended lifespan.
The end ring is suitable for applications up to 20 g and is available for both Sp and Tp nozzle series.
Available for a wide range of molding materials, EYEgate HRS is designed for industries such as beauty and personal care, beverages and home products, as well as medical applications.
What are the key benefits?
- Minimal footprint. With a diameter ranging from Ø 3.00 to Ø3.5 mm, the new end ring allows for an easy positioning of the injection point on a wide range of components, including those with complex geometries and hard-to-reach gate locations.
- Extended gate life. Thanks to a special pin guide system that ensures permanent pin-gate alignment, the lifespan of the end ring is maximized.
- Easier tool machining operations. The new solution simplifies nozzle pocket machining, making mold makers' jobs easier thanks to the gate already integrated into the end ring and its unique geometry. This leads to significant time and cost savings.
- Reduced maintenance. The end ring is easily replaceable when the gate is worn out without the need to re-machine the cavity insert. As a result, both spare part costs and downtime are reduced, leading to improved overall productivity.
- Great color change performance. Exceptional color change performance is achieved thanks to the streamlined inner profile of the tip which allows material to continuously move through the tip without points of stagnation.
