Oerlikon HRSflow understands that imperfections or defects, although uncommon, can occur in product manufacturing due to a variety of reasons and factors. As a result, if any imperfection occurs as a result of design, material or manufacturing process, we undertake the responsibility to promptly remedy it and support our customers to reduce the inconvenience that may result. This covers only such faults as may arise during the Warranty Period, which runs for 24 months from the time of delivery (12 months for SLM conformal cooling inserts and LITEflow, 6 months for Spare Parts). In the case an item is replaced or repaired by Oerlikon HRSflow during the applicable Warranty Period, the Warranty Period will remain in effect from the original system delivery date. In the case a part is replaced or repaired under warranty, this will not extend or increase the applicable Warranty Period.
Oerlikon HRSflow's liability extends solely to defects occurring under the operating conditions specified in the contract and during proper use. In particular, it does not extend to defects arising from wear and tear, erosion and corrosion, improper installation, maintenance or reparation, nor to defects due to modifications that have not been authorized in writing by Oerlikon HRSflow. It is expressly agreed that the Client may not make claim for any injury or damage other than those specified in the contract, nor for loss of profit.
The warranty is void should the Client make repairs or modifications to the system or its components without prior authorization in writing from Oerlikon HRSflow.
