Have you just finished or are you about to finish a technical school? Do you want to start working with a contract that guarantees you a salary and at the same time offers you the chance to grow and learn while you work?

We have created a program for MECHANICAL DESIGNERS in the field of hot runner systems, where you can apply your technical skills and develop new ones, all during your 8-hour workday with full-time training for the first 2 months of the contract.

You will have the opportunity to become a sector expert, start your career in design, and later consider other opportunities in the technical, technical-commercial area, or at one of our international locations.

Designed for:

• Recent technical school graduates
• Recent graduates in Mechanical Engineering (bachelor’s and/or master’s degrees)
• Those interested in entering the workforce with a secure salary from day one, starting with a full-time training program in the first few months
• Those who want to be part of an international team with the possibility of growing and changing roles internally and abroad

The program includes:

• On-the-job training in the assembly department to get to know the product up close and understand more quickly what potential errors or critical points to consider during the design phase
• Specialized courses in 3D and 2D CAD modelling with SolidWorks, explaining the design rules of hot runner systems and our internal production processes, and creating the bill of materials
• Critical reading and understanding of rheological and thermal analysis reports
• Practical application of theoretical knowledge through project demos
• After about 2 months from the start of the contract, you will work on actual projects, always supported by your company tutor
