The TECHflow HRS line is specifically designed to process challenging techno-polymers that contain mechanically or chemically abrasive fillers, require a tight process window, and operate at high molding temperatures.
This specialized line includes innovative solutions such as external valve gate end rings for the Tp and Vp nozzle series, as well as the Through The Cavity (TTC) end ring for Tp nozzles. These components share a key advantage: enhanced wear resistance for processing reinforced thermoplastics like PA6/PA66, PBT, POM, PPA, PPS, and PEEK—materials typically filled with carbon or glass fibers to improve mechanical properties. Conventional end rings would wear out prematurely due to the abrasiveness of these reinforcements.
In contrast, the newly designed solutions for the MULTIflow HRS® line provide a more durable alternative, significantly extending the service life of hot runner components through the use of highly resistant materials. Additionally, these innovative end rings help reduce material degradation by optimizing the process window while offering greater flexibility in injection point placement, thanks to their compact diameter.
