Space-saving design, suitable for small parts and reverse gating from the ejector side
The new screwed-in hot runner nozzle series achieved by a space-saving heating system. The nozzle seat diameter has been reduced from 33 mm to 28 mm over its entire length.
Available in Classic Line and Fail Safe versions (double heaters and double thermocouples), this solution is valid for all gate configuration: torpedo, Free Flow, valve gating.
• Inner nozzle bore of Ø 6, 8 and 10 mm;
• Range of nozzle length from 75_mm to 450_mm
• Maximum 2 heating zones per nozzle;
• Tip and end ring of Pa series;
• Maximum working pressure: 1800_bar
