For HRSflow China, 2018 is a special year: 10 years ago, our manufacturing plant opened to closely support our Asian customers.

To celebrate and share this important goal, we organized a Technical Open House in cooperation with our project partners: Krauss Maffei, Sabic, Piovan and JSC Automotive. Customers from all regions of China (and beyond), together with the pioneering executive professionals from the plastics industry, joined us to debate the future of mobility.

The event - which took place on 20th March, in Hangzhou, China - was an occasion to visit our renovated facility equipped with cutting-edge technologies for Asian Markets.

After the official speeches given by HRSflow and the event partners, all the guests were invited to have a tour of the production plant, attend technical presentations and witness live molding demonstrations. 

On this special occasion, customers witnessed the FLEXflow Live molding demonstration of an automotive radiator grilleon a KraussMaffei GX 650 produced in a single shot. Our servo driven valve gate systems allow the filling of different volume cavities in one shot adjusting independently and accurately the flow rate into each cavity.
