The primary objective of this medical application is to produce flawless components with an injection point located directly on the molded part while maintaining high standards of hygienic surface quality. Furthermore, the customer required a multi-cavity solution with an exceptionally narrow pitch between each drop.
Our MVP (Multi Valve Plate) technology, combined with the 16-drop MULTIflow HRS® Sp series system, ensures synchronized valve actuation and minimized drop-to-drop spacing, providing exceptional precision in low-weight applications. Additionally, the integration of a dedicated end-ring enables flawless part production, even with the injection point located directly on the part surface.
