The quality of injection-molded plastic parts is particularly dependent on mold technology and process control. Precision in injection molding is expressed essentially by low component distortion and excellent surface quality. The focus of the symposium will therefore be on material behavior under process influence, mold and temperature control technology for the production of special component surfaces as well as dimensionally accurate molded parts, process monitoring and process control to guarantee the highest component quality and the simulation of mold and process. The experts from research and industry will present their most important developments and the latest findings to increase the quality of the molded parts.
